Our process
How we do the job
- Step 1
Identify the material
Cedar, pine, pressure-treated wood and vinyl all take different pressure and detergent. We test a small section first.
- Step 2
Pre-treat organic growth
A detergent soak loosens green algae and black mildew so we can clean at lower pressure instead of blasting the wood.
- Step 3
Wash both sides
Panels, posts, caps, rails and gates get an even pass on every accessible face, no half-clean fence lines.
- Step 4
Rinse and clear
A final low-pressure rinse, then we clear the debris that washed down along the fence line.
